1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nodestop LLC ("Nodestop," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, including Virtual Private Server (VPS) Hosting, Bare Metal Hosting, and Colocation (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

2. Description of Services

Nodestop LLC offers server hosting services, including Virtual Private Server (VPS) Hosting, Bare Metal Hosting, and Colocation. Our servers are located in Ashburn, Virginia.

3. Payment

We accept payments via Stripe (Credit/Debit Card) and PayPal. By purchasing our Services, you agree to the payment terms specified on our website or invoices. You authorize Nodestop LLC to charge the payment method you provide for the agreed-upon fees. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and promptly updating it as necessary.

4. Refunds

Nodestop LLC does not offer refunds for its Services unless our customer support team is unable to resolve an issue you're facing. If you encounter a problem with our Services, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your Services, you must do so by opening a ticket through our support system. All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the recurring billing date to ensure that no further charges are incurred. Cancellation requests received after this period will be processed for the next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use our Services for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. This includes but is not limited to distributing malware, engaging in hacking or unauthorized access, and violating intellectual property rights.

7. Data Security

While we strive to maintain the security of your data, you acknowledge that the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over our network. You are responsible for implementing your own security measures to protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nodestop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (iii) any downtime, data loss, or service interruption.

9. Modification of Terms

Nodestop LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of such changes by posting the revised Terms on our website or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

11. Unmetered Bandwidth

Nodestop LLC provides unmetered bandwidth on all servers for botting related uses only. This can include, AYCD, Site Monitors and overall bot use cases. If you purchase a server for non bot related uses, Nodestop LLC reserves the right to investigate and mitigate or suspend your services at our own discrestion for high amounts of bandwidth.

- Power Cycle - Free

- Inbound Shipment / Customer Storage - Free

- UPS / FedEx Pickups - Free

- $165/H | Mon-Fri - 9AM-6PM | (15 Minute Increments) | $225/H | Sun-Sat - Off-Peak | (30 Minute Increments)

- OS Reinstallation (Dedicated Servers / Colocation) - $25

Network Related Tasks / Fees

- 1X IPv4 - $1.00 per month

- IPv4 Subnet Announcement (Multiple subnets at one request will incur the fee one time) - $10 One Time

- BGP Session With ASN - $25 per month

- Additional Bandwidth - $0.75 Per TB (10TB Mininmum)
