1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Nodestop LLC (“Nodestop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of our services, including but not limited to Virtual Private Server (VPS) Hosting, Bare Metal Hosting, and Colocation (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.
2. Service Locations
Nodestop currently offers hosting services in the following locations:
Ashburn, Virginia
New York
3. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
Cryptocurrency via Cryptomus Payments
PayPal
Credit/Debit Cards via Square
By purchasing our Services, you agree to the payment terms outlined on our website or invoices. You authorize Nodestop LLC to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees.
We reserve the right to process payments up to 7 days before the due date to prevent service interruptions.
All cryptocurrency transactions are strictly non-refundable—NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Automatic Renewal
All services are set to automatically renew unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel your service before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under these conditions:
If your service is not deployed within 72 hours of payment, unless the product explicitly states a longer deployment time.
If you encounter an unresolvable issue caused by Nodestop LLC that prevents proper use of the service.
If a refund is granted, we may issue it as Nodestop Store Credit, which does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
No Refunds for Cryptocurrency Transactions. All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Cancellations
To cancel a service, you must submit a request via a support ticket at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle.
Late cancellation requests will be processed for the following billing cycle.
IP Address Orders (200+ IPs)
Orders that include 200 or more IP addresses require a 21-day cancellation notice.
This policy is strictly enforced as per our IP leaser’s requirements.
Failure to provide proper cancellation notice may result in continued billing for the IPs and suspension of other active services on your account.
By purchasing IP allocations of this size, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our Services legally and ethically.
You are strictly prohibited from:
Engaging in illegal activities (fraud, scams, or unauthorized access)
Hosting malware, phishing sites, or conducting DDoS attacks
Using our services for activities that violate intellectual property rights
Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without a refund.
8. Data Security and Responsibility
We take security seriously, but we do NOT guarantee absolute security for any data transmitted over our network.
You are responsible for implementing your own security measures, including backups and system protections.
9. Service Availability and Liability
Nodestop LLC is NOT responsible for:
Service downtime, disruptions, or data loss caused by external factors (e.g., network failures, cyberattacks, or third-party issues).
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be communicated via:

Direct email notifications
Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

NodeStop LLC Fee Schedule
Remote Hands Services
Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M: $125/hour (Billed in 15-minute increments)
Outside of Regular Hours: $250/hour (Billed in 30-minute increments)
Urgent Remote Hands Request (Handled Within 2 Hours): One-Time $150 Fee
All remote hands tasks will be handled within 48 hours unless urgent service is required.
IP Address Pricing
Single IPv4 Address: $1.25/IP
/24 Subnet (253 Usable IPv4): $256/month
/64 IPv6 Subnet: $25/month
Bare Metal Server Services
OS Reinstallation (After Initial Deployment): $35 One-Time
BGP and Networking Services
BGP Session with ASN: $25/month
Subnet Announcement: $10 per request
1Gbps Unmetered: $75/Month
2Gbps Unmetered: $150/Month
3Gbps Unmetered: $220/Month
5Gbps Unmetered: $350/Month
10Gbps Unmetered: $650/Month
Administrative Services
General Administration Work: $79/hour (Billed in 30-minute increments)
