We are excited to announce a scheduled maintenance period on September 14th. During this time, we will carefully power down and derack all servers, migrate them to our new datacenter, and then proceed to rack and network them. This upgrade will allow us to expand our offerings, including AT&T Residential lines, more bandwidth options, and an overall more reliable and premium service.
The maintenance window will be from 1:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. EST, but we do not anticipate full service impact throughout the entire window. This timeframe is reserved to address any unexpected issues, ensuring a smooth migration.
We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. This is a necessary move from our current facility at CenterSquare in Ashburn to Databank, and it is not something we plan on ever needing to do again. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve and enhance our services to better serve you.
